·         Teamwork is my speciality, leading to productivity and learning from experience. If two heads are better than one, then two heads working as a team are better than two individuals. My learning-from-experience model facilitates the team process; review all your actions and initiatives, then discriminate your successes and difficulties. Analyse causes of success and identify principles you have demonstrated. Apply these principles widely, especially to those difficulties when you try again. Try once more and then try something different.

·         About me; my entrepreneurial grandfather tried to interest me in his village grocery, but I was already on the academic treadmill. After 3 years in the RAF, I graduated from Cambridge in Science and went into the glamorous plastics industry. Promoted to production superintendent, my 3 foremen, 8 chargehands and 200 operators worked often 24/7 to produce high quality mouldings. It was the never had it so good era. I moved to PA management consultants applying work studied incentive schemes. Then after a spell of school science teaching, became associated with the Coverdale organization, providing individual, team and organizational development at all levels in business. I have worked in FTSE100 boardrooms to hard hat areas in oil refineries and milk rounds before dawn. Recently my expertise has been available to future entrepreneurs and managers, via Young Enterprise and work experience follow ups.
